在我的校园生活中，有一件难忘的事情让我至今难以忘怀。那是一个阳光明媚的下午，我们班了一次户外拓展活动。地点是在郊外的一个大型公园，我们带着兴奋和期待的心情，踏上了前往目的地的校车。
一进入公园，映入眼帘的是一片绿意盎然的树林和宽广的草坪。我们按照预先的分组，开始了各种有趣的团队活动。其中，最令我印象深刻的是“信任背摔”这个游戏。
“信任背摔”需要一个人站在高台上，背对着队友，然后笔直地倒下，而队友们则需要稳稳地接住他。这个游戏考验的是团队成员之间的信任和默契。在队友的鼓励和信任的目光下，我鼓足勇气，走上了高台。虽然心里有些紧张，但更多的是期待和兴奋。
当我笔直地倒下时，感受到的是队友们稳稳地接住我的那一刻，那份信任和安全感让我彻底放来。那一刻，我感受到了团队的力量和温暖，也体会到了人与人之间的信任与关爱。
这次户外拓展活动不仅让我体验到了团队合作的力量，也让我更加珍惜和感恩身边的每一个朋友和同学。我们在一起经历了欢笑、挑战和困难，也一起成长和进步。这件难忘的事情，让我更加深刻地理解了友情和信任的重要性，也让我更加珍惜和感恩我的校园生活。

One unforgettable event in my campus life is the outdoor expansion activity we organized. It was a sunny afternoon, and we took the school bus to the destination, a large park outside the city.
As soon as we entered the park, we were greeted by a sea of green trees and vast lawns. We began various interesting team activities according to our预先groups. Among them, the most impressive was the “Trust Fall” game.
In the “Trust Fall” game, one person stands on a high platform, facing his teammates, and then falls straight down, while the teammates need to catch him steadily. This game tests the trust and默契between team members. With the encouragement and trusting gazes of my teammates, I summoned up the courage to walk onto the high platform. Although I was a little nervous, I was more excited and looking forward to it.
When I fell straight down, I felt the teammates catch me steadily. That sense of trust and security made me completely relaxed. At that moment, I felt the power and warmth of the team, and also the trust and care between people.
This outdoor expansion activity not only allowed me to experience the power of teamwork, but also made me cherish and appreciate every friend and classmate around me.
